We now offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs clearance, and courier services. Please review our **International Shipping Policy** for further details regarding global deliveries.

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. However, unforeseen delays may occur due to weather conditions, customs inspections, or other factors beyond our control. If your order takes longer than expected, please reach out to us with your tracking number for assistance.

Our shipping policies are updated regularly to ensure the best service for our customers. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

SHIPPING POLICY

  • We know that your order arriving on time for your event is VITAL. You shall order with our free standard turnaround time. The total delivery time is the Processing time + Delivery Time.
  • Once you have placed an order, this cannot be cancelled at any stage. The contract is completed on receipt of the order.
  • The estimated date for delivery of the products is set out in the Confirmation email which will be sent within 24-48 hours after you have received a confirmation of the order email. This date is an estimate only and we do not guarantee to deliver the products on that date.
  • We require that all deliveries are signed for by a person at the delivery address. You agree that delivery takes place when the products are signed for at the delivery address and the signature of the person at the delivery address is conclusive evidence that the signed-for products have been delivered to you at that address.
  • We may deliver your products in instalments.
  • Every order receives a tracking number before it leaves our facility. From the time it leaves our door to the time it gets to yours; you’ll always know where your package is.
  • Our Standard/Regular Delivery: 5-7 business days.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Standard delivery charges is 150 rupees and above 2,500 purchase we will not any extra charge
  • We are not responsible for the items you have placed in the mail. We will not cover you for loss by currier company. That is where your tracking number comes in. If your items get lost in the mail, you will need to lodge a formal investigation with currier company, for them to cover you for the loss/damages of your items. If you chose not to ship your items tracked or signed for, and your items become lost, you will not be reimbursed for your loss/damages. Ameersons will not pay to cover cost of postage and/or lost items in the mail. Currier company will be your main contact for loss/damages which have occurred under their services.

Shipment confirmation

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. Please allow 1-3 business days to receive a code.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Golwvera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

All international orders may take 3-5 business days for processing.  

 Estimated delivery time varies depending on the destination country and can take 7-21 business days.

Tracking & Delivery

A tracking number will be provided for all international orders, allowing you to track your package.  

Due to varying policies of shipping partners, doorstep delivery may not be available  in some countries, and the package may need to be collected from the local post office or courier center.  

 

Customs, Duties & Taxes 

-Glowvera is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges applied to your order.  

 Each country has different customs regulations, and if any duty or tax is applied to your order, it will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.   

 If an order is held or confiscated by customs in any country, we are not liable for any loss.  

 

Delivery Delays

Sometimes, weather conditions, customs clearance, or local courier delays may extend the delivery time.  

If your order does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us  with your order number, and we will follow up with the shipping carrier.  

 

Returns & Refunds

 International orders are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless the product is damaged or incorrectly sent.  

 If you receive a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof.
